2. Products & Custom Orders
We specialize in handmade, made-to-order sublimation products. Due to the nature of custom and personalized items:
All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Slight variations in color or placement may occur and are not considered defects.
Some fading of colors is normal over time and is to be expected.
Custom orders may require additional processing time. Turnaround time is typically 3–7 business days for production plus shipping.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods provided through the Site (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume seasons. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by USPS or other carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

All designs, product images, content, and branding on this Site are the property of Print & Prosper Designs and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or products without express written permission.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us at admin@printandprosperdesigns.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Occasionally, we may offer promotions or discount codes. These offers are subject to change without notice and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
